Is your cleaner knows how to do all the houseworks?

Yes, all our cleaners are well trained before they provide office cleaning and house cleaning services.

Do you provide any cleaning tools & detergent for cleaning?

Due to hygience factors and different preferences of customer, the customer has to prepare the cleaning tools and detergents for cleaners to perform cleaning services.

Can you provide 2 hours cleaning service?

All standard cleaning service are 4 hours.

Do you accept Credit Card / Bank Transfer?

We only accept cash after cleaning service provided. All transaction is done only with Ringgit Malaysia.

Do i need to fetch cleaner go/back from your office?

We provide cleaner to door step and fetching cleaner home with our drivers.

Can i request long term cleaning service from your company?

YES! We certainly happy to provide fixed schedule for house owners and office owners.

Can i request for same cleaner in every service?

We advised customers to rotate cleaner to avoid the cleaner familiar with the internal house area. However, we will try our best to send the same cleaner in the event customer insists.

Payments Accepted

We only accept cash after cleaning service is done. This is to ensure our homeowner pay us upon satisfaction of the service given by our well-trained cleaner. Homeowner also can pay by Wechat Pay.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours. This is to ensure that our admin able to arrange the timetable for all homeowners.
